McGoff Group invites you to provide feedback on the emerging development proposals for Downtown Victoria North 2.

The proposal is located in the Victoria North area, which is earmarked for high rise residential development. The proposal will include 145 apartments, a commercial unit, and public space improvements.

Please ensure your feedback reaches us no later than 7th November 2025 There will be a further opportunity to provide your views directly to Manchester City Council once the planning application is submitted, later this year.

If planning permission is granted, work will begin on site in Spring 2027. Once underway, homes will hopefully be ready for occupation by late 2029.
KEY PROPOSALS
Delivery
We are proposing to deliver 145 new homes on underutilised Brownfield Land within Manchester City Centre and a commercial unit
Housing
We will provide a mixture of apartment sizes to support local and national housing objectives and provide supply to the high demand of rental accommodation in Manchester
Public Realm
The proposal will bring new and improved public realm to the area, and provide a suitable space for leisure and socialising. The redevelopment of underutilised land will improve the visual quality and street scene along Rochdale Road
Investment
This development will bring investment to the area and increase additional spend into the local economy
